🧬 Dead-On-Arrival (DOA) Protocol – The Empire Protects Its Own

Welcome, Aquatic Acolytes of the Dark Side. At Darkside Aquatics, our mission is to deliver only the most elite specimens from the reef galaxy straight to your tank. While we deploy advanced containment and hyperspace logistics, sometimes cargo arrives... compromised.

That’s why we’ve enacted our 2-Day DOA Guarantee — to keep your army of corals strong and your tanks fully operational.

💀 Claiming DOA – Step Into the Command Chamber

If your coral is found deceased upon arrival or within 2 Earth days of delivery, initiate a DOA transmission:

  1. Contact Jarred@darksideaquatics.com within 72 hours of delivery.

  2. Attach the following evidence:

    • 📸 Clear photos under white spectrum lighting (no Sith-blue LEDs)

    • 🎥 Optional video for full tactical analysis

    • 💧 Water parameters and tank details (upon request by Command)

Unverified losses will not be honored. Documentation is the path to the Dark Side... of store credit.

💳 Compensation: Galactic Credits Only

Darkside Aquatics offers Store Credit for any verified DOA corals. No refunds, no exceptions — that’s the way of the Empire.

  • 💸 Shipping is not covered in DOA claims.

  • Your credit can be redeemed for future coral reinforcements.

🚀 Shipping Terms – Choose Your Path

Two paths you must choose from:

  • Option 1: Want free shipping on your replacements? Spend an additional $275 Galactic Credits with your order.

  • Option 2: Just want to use your store credit? Pay a $50 shipping fee to receive your new recruits.

Smugglers don’t ship for free. We’re coral lords, not Jedi cargo haulers.

🔁 Replacements – Precision of the Sith

We will attempt to send you the exact same coral if it’s still in the system. If it’s vanished into hyperspace:

  • A similar or equal coral will be dispatched.

  • If none are available, we’ll issue store credit equal to your original purchase.

⚠️ One-time replacement only.
No second battles over the same coral.

❌ No Refunds, No Republic Politics

We operate on Imperial Order. That means:

  • No refunds. All outcomes result in store credit only.

  • Canceled orders? You’ll receive a store credit valid for one galactic year.

  • All replacements are ineligible for sale codes or discounts.

📦 Coral Holding Protocol – Temporary Freeze

Need us to hold a coral in carbonite? We’ve got you:

  • You MUST message us when ready to ship.

  • If a held coral dies under our watch, store credit will be issued.

  • No communication = no shipment. Store credit will be the only compensation.

  • Holding beyond 30 standard days? Prepare for holding charges. Taking care of coral is no droid job.

Be respectful. Be reasonable. And we’ll honor you like the Lords of the Sith.
